Tourism is increasingly a major source of economic growth, employment generation for many of the world’s developing countries. It also significantly contributes to social and economic development for poverty reduction.

The objective of the Asian Tourism Fair (ATF Dhaka) is- Linking Regional Tourism It is both B2B and B2C event for inbound and outbound tourism market. The fair will help build immense linkage among industry partners, service providers & travelers.

Asian Tourism Fair (ATF-Dhaka) is a comprehensive tourism showcase for better business networking, coordination of Private sectors, Government organizations & Development Agencies among the countries. In fact, Asian Tourism fair has immense importance and opportunity for establishing linkages among people to people, people to destinations and country to country.

Apart from the main Travel Trade Exhibition focusing on B2B & B2C,other sideline events like; showcase of Green Initiatives, Community Based Tourism Mart, Tourism Skills Convention, Seminar, Workshop, Cultural Exchange etc. also make the fair colourful and vibrant.

ATF Background
Initially, the most popular tourism magazine in Bangladesh named ‘The Parjatan Bichitra’ organized 1st Dhaka Tourism Fair (DTF) in 2007. After continuous success of organizing DTF, the event was turned into 1st Asian Tourism Fair in 2011. Now it is the largest and most popular tourism fair in Bangladesh under event management by TGI Asia.

ATF Venue
The exotic venue for MICE industry Bangabandhu International Conference Center (BICC), the lone world class conference in Bangladesh, is set to host any programme that calls for an interaction with the visitors, build with that demand, reflected in its unique architectural wonder , BICC excels in anything and everything that MICE needs.
